Client Need:
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Highway and Motor Carrier Passenger Branch, a division of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), needed help to broaden and expand its efforts to include the school bus transportation industry.
CSS' Response:
Building off the successful contributions of CSS Instructional Designers for training and materials developed for the Intercity Bus Security Grant Program, CSS developed a DVD and a Web-based training program to enhance security and awareness operations within the industry.

- Proficiency examinations and self assessment quizzes
