Science Comes First
We apply CSS' technical and scientific base to formulate programs and establish procedures that ensure sound and predictable results. To that end, when we commit to a project, we do not simply provide people—headcounts, in other words—we provide qualified personnel who are highly trained and supported with the tools they need to be successful.
The majority of our technical staff holds advanced degrees in biological- and chemistry-related sciences, or certifications unique to their professional areas of expertise. We are technical people—toxicologists, epidemiologists, radiation specialists, safety professionals, industrial hygienists, and more.
Retaining the Best
Among our most important workplace metrics is our employee retention rate. We believe that attracting and keeping qualified people is key to our long-term success. Ninety-six percent of our technical and management staff remain with us for four years or more, a number of which we are justifiably proud and a number achieved through a workplace based on supportive management, access to training, career opportunities and financial incentives.
