Mr. Watkins is the Vice President of the Transportation Safety & Security Division. He has more then 30 years experience in the transportation industry, as a driver and as a safety professional.

  • Project Manager for a Department of Defense contract involving nationwide inspections of all passenger motor carriers and equipment under contract with the U.S. military
  • Managed inspection program for the U.S. Postal Service contracted mail carriers
  • Provided training in commercial motor vehicle safety and driver performance
  • Lectured nationwide on compliance with Federal Motor Carrier and Department of Defense regulations
  • Developed and implemented programs to comply with Federal Highway Administration's regulations and requirements
  • Developed containment and response policies for hazardous materials and motor vehicle accidents and incidents
  • Designed and implemented vehicle maintenance and inspection programs to prevent accidents
  • Certified by the Department of Transportation's Transportation Safety Institute to conduct the North American Driver/Vehicle Inspections
