Government Contracting

8(a) and SDB Certified - CSS was incorporated in 1988, as a woman-owned business, and received certification under the U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program and the Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Program in July 1999. CSS is eligible for award of sole-source and competitive bid contract awards under these programs.
