Safety Assessment & Risk Management
CSS takes a holistic approach to risk management that includes a comprehensive review of all aspects of a transportation program. Working with our clients’ upper management, CSS evaluates the entire operational delivery system to identify, reduce, and/or remove potential safety vulnerabilities and prepare for recovery should a problem occur.
Proper risk management is a proactive process designed to prevent losses, as well as react to them after the fact. We correlate historical data into meaningful insights to develop proper risk countermeasures. CSS tracking and monitoring programs adapt to the ever-changing dynamics of the transportation environment. We assess personnel, vehicles, and operational and geographical characteristics to arrive at meaningful and actionable strategies.
